Checked before release day, not policed after.
Five steps between an upload and a release that stores, labels and fans can trust.

- 01
Verify once
A one-time identity check when you join. Government ID and a quick selfie check through a vetted vendor. You do it once, not per release.
- 02
Show your work
Attach session files, stems or project files if you have them. We keep a sealed copy and check the master against the sample registry and the commercial catalog.
- 03
Settle the splits
The split sheet is signed in the app, with master and publishing shares recorded together. Registered samples get their terms attached. Covers are routed to the MLC for the mechanical.
- 04
Get the certificate
A signed, exportable record of who made the track, what was checked, and when. It travels with the release to every store and partner.
- 05
Release without the queue
Clean releases skip the manual-review queue at delivery. If a hold is ever needed, the reason and the fix are on the same screen.
One status on every release. Always a reason.
Every release has exactly one release status, and every status that isn't green tells you why and what to do next.
| Status | What it means | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| In review | Checks are running. Usually minutes. | Progress on each check. |
| On hold | A check needs your input, such as accepting a sample license or signing a split. | The reason, the fix, and an appeal path. |
| Cleared | Every check passed. The certificate is issued. | Delivery date per store. |
| Blocked | The release can't go out as submitted, for example a sped-up copy of a recording you don't own. | Exactly which check failed and how to resubmit. |
